Part 3 of Week of Terror

THE WEALTHY DEAD This is a sequel to the Resident Evil-inspired D&D games. You don't need to have played the previous games to know everything - just be prepared for something strange. Two weeks ago, a Mobile Task Force agent called Mr. Valentine was given an anonymous tip about a secret black auction (posing as a private party) held in the Hotel de lá Rouge in South Africa, and there may potentially be a Tyrant on auction. It is also heavily implied that the VIP list includes an unknown Parasol Pharmaceuticals agent, no doubt intending to buy or steal back the Tyrant specimen. The MTF agent believes that there may be another potential outbreak if the unknown Tyrant is bought by another company. Your task, as members of MTF: MARS Division, is to infiltrate the secret auction (with the help of Mr. Valentine, undercover as CEO of the fictional company My Valentine Industries) and achieve the following goals:

• Infiltrate the auction storage area, find T-008 and capture the Tyrant within its containment

• Identify and capture the Parasol Agent (preferably alive for interrogation purposes) Game Requirements

• This is a D&D 5e adventure for between 3-5 players of 6th level

• Standard array stats and equipment, however you may swap out ranged martial weapons with modern firearms

• Official sources + Modern Magic UA accepted, but ask first for Unearthed Arcana sources

• Spells can include the Modern Magic spell list

• Firearms are available for all classes, but proficiencies still apply - to wield guns you must have proficiency with at least one ranged martial weapon

• Hacking tools are available for rogues, artificers, and certain features/BGs that give you proficiency with thieves' tools (including Expertise and Feats)

• This is largely a stealth mission, but weapons and spells are still recommended

• You are allowed to choose 1 Magic Item (rarity Uncommon to Rare) to add to your equipment list
