Otvin is home to many inhabitants who have over the ages build wondrous cities and monuments. But there are those who prefer the open air and the open road over high walls. To City Dwellers they are known as Drifters or the Homeless. To the travellers they simply refer to themselves as Nomads; wondering people who form into a family of clans. Your clan is on the move after a strange incident wiped out half the fleet that forced them to find a new place to call home in the vast grasslands of the Hagraman Plains.
